Note: We’ll be updating this all the time, keep checking back to see the latest faces!
Society isn’t dead, yet. People often talk about the end of the world and how digital culture is cannibalising real-life interactions.
To some extent, those people are right. There is, and probably never will be, a substitute for good quality face-to-face communication.
That said, if there’s one thing that COVID-19 has shown us for the better, it’s that we’re armed with some fantastic tools to help us communicate when in-person is impossible.
The online parenting community
Used properly, social media and blogging platforms are the most powerful tools for learning, sharing and growing as a parent.
Since I joined this ‘world’ back in January 2020, I’ve been blown away by the kind and supportive nature of so many people – they far out-weigh the trolls and negative Nancys.
I wanted to show out some of my favourite bloggers and Instagrammers on this page. If you do nothing else today, just go follow these people and what they’re doing.
They deserve your support and you’ll be better off for it, promise.
So, here goes:
Daddy and Munchkin
Instagram: DaddyandMunchkin
Blog: daddyandmunchkin.blog

There aren’t enough Daddy accounts on social media if you ask me.
Sometimes fathers get a reputation of being disinterested in their children, which in many cases is true.
However, there are so many great dads out there and I believe how you are as a father says a lot about you as a person.
I love Stephen’s Instagram page and blog because he celebrates fatherhood unapologetically.
One of my favourite blog posts is his, ‘Montessori Methods At Home‘; you should definitely have a read.

Lazy Mum Club

Instagram: @LazyMumClub
Blog: Lazymumclub.co.uk
Gem’s blog and Instagram page go by the name of, ‘Lazy Mum Club’ and the content she shares with her daughter Issy always delivers a tongue-in-cheek look at the often unglamorous reality of parenthood.
One of the things I’ve always tried to do with our Instagram page is to share an honest and real account of the parenting journey. Gem does this with her blog and ‘My Anxiety and the Coronavirus‘ stood out in particular.
Their Instagram content is hilarious at times too, I thought this one sums up my life perfectly…
Is there anyone you think I should add to this list? Let me know!
